The company has infrastructure and capabilities to produce high quality flexible barrier laminates. A mix of imported and indigenous machinery consisting three layer extrusion machines, 8 colour printing machines, solvent based and solvent free lamination machines, slitting and doctoring machines, pouching machines and a well equipped laboratory are available in house.

Film Extrusion

In order to serve customers to the utmost extent we have inhouse 3 layer extrusion machinery. This machines produce Polyfilms as per customers requirements, from 18 Mic. to 200 Mic.







Gravure Printing

Ultra modern 8 colour printing machines equieped with imported auto registration system produces excellent printing quality up to 8 colors.







Adhesive Lamination

Imported Solvent based and solventless lamination machines with efficient drying and exhaust systems provide superior bonding and odor free laminates. Laminates in any combination involving Polyester, Metallised Polyester, Polyethelene, BOPP, Metallised BOPP, Aluminium Foil, Nylon, CPP could be produced on these machines.

Slitting

A battery of Slitters, a mix of imported and indigenous machines are at work with us. These high speed machines meet high quality specifics.







Pouching
An array of pouch making machines manufacture center sealed, guzzette center sealed, three side sealed pouches(including dangler form) are installed to meet variety of customer requirements. Stand up Pouch, Stand up pouch with zipper or spout, three side sealed pouch with zipper as well as easy pour pouches and for products involving specialities, high performance machines are used. Our world class pouching machines produce high quality pouches of international standards.
